What We Do Not Accept

  • Items with stains, odors, holes, or excessive wear

  • Fast fashion pieces with noticeable wear or low durability

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or altered items

  • Outdated styles or off-season items

How It Works

1. Drop Off

  • Bring in up to 25 pieces per visit.

  • Bring your items during designated resale hours; Monday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm.

  • To help us maintain a curated and organized space, please bring your items in sturdy, reusable bags. We’re unable to accept items in garbage bags, bins, or baskets.

2. Review & Selection: Our team will carefully review your pieces

3. Choose Your Return

  • Store Credit: Receive a higher value to use toward future purchase. 
  • Cash Payout: Receive a lower, immediate payout

     

4. We Handle the Rest

     We price, merchandise, and sell your items with care.

Payout Structure

  • Store credit: 45% of the item value

  • Cash payouts: 25% of the item value

Final pricing and payout amounts are determined based on brand, condition, and demand

 Unpicked Items Policy

At Dearsisa, we handle every piece with care and appreciation. If your items are not picked up within the designated timeframe, here’s what happens:

1. Notification

We will reach out to let you know your items are still available for pickup.

2. Pickup Window

You have 1 day from the date of notification to collect your unsold items.

3. Donation Option

If items are not picked up within the pickup window, we will donate them on your behalf to support our community.

4. Final Responsibility

While we care for your items throughout the resale process, Dearsisa cannot guarantee items left past the pickup window and is not responsible for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances such as theft, fire, or natural events.
